In serving Employers and Job Seekers alike, OpenOpp™ endeavours to make the most suitable matches of skillset, personality and fit. In its commitment to doing so, OpenOpp™ may collect, keep and disclose to potential employers all necessary information that may determine or sustain one’s potential employability. OpenOpp™ will endeavour to collect ONLY that information that is relevant to candidacy for employment, including but not limited to career information, personality information, personal interests, social connectivity, etc., and will not use such information for purposes other than those set out on the OpenOpp™ website. All such information will be gathered and stored by OpenOpp™ Inc. until such time as either party requests the information be deleted from its secure database. Should a “remove and delete” request be made by a Job Seeker or an Employer, all information pertaining to that Job Seeker or Employer will be deleted within 48 business hours of OpenOpp™’s confirmed receipt of written request to do so.
